Mario Cornejo
Mario Cornejo has over 18 years of industry experience and is currently president and owner of Bay Area Activo, Inc. Mario obtained his General Contractors license in 2013 and incorporated the company in the same year. Mario brings valuable project management experience in complex lab, clean room, high-tech, and R&D tenant improvement projects, as well complex multi housing projects with tight timelines.
David Manriquez
David has over 30 years of industry experience and is currently the foreman at Bay Area Activo, Inc which oversees all projects and personnel. David grew his career working with many large and small GC’s in Texas and the Bay Area on multi housing, commercial and tenant improvement projects.
Antonio Carriedo
Antonio has over 20 years of construction industry experience is one of many top talented team leaders at Bay Area Activo, inc. Antonio has extensive experience in multi housing, commercial tenant improvement projects, which includes but not limited to framing, carpentry, and - waterproofing systems.
